Matt began his journey with Gosling as an apprentice electrician, playing a crucial role in its growth by obtaining additional licenses and accreditations to expand offerings.

As CEO, Matt drives the company with a clear vision focused on growth, client satisfaction, and maintaining its reputation as an industry leader. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Karen Neill

Commercial Operations Manager

Karen brings with her experience in Finance, Pricing and Operations with over 25 years in the global IT sector. She is known for her commercial expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and ability to streamline business processes. Karen is a motivated leader, excels in mentoring teams, and adapting to change.
